S200 Series All Machined Centrifugal Pumps

Designed for use in the Bio-Pharmaceutical industry, these pumps are manufactured to ASME BPE specification criteria. All product contact components are machined from wrought <5% ferrite level, 316L SS, and feature a 20 Ra product contact surface finish. Material heat numbers are available on all product contact components.Standard Features:

“C” Series Centrifugal Pumps

The versatile Waukesha “C” Series close-coupled pump replaces the Puriti “C” Series pump. This pump offers strong performance and competitive price/value within the lower spectrum of heavy-duty, centrifugal pump applications. It can be installed in a series without fear of seal failure from elevated inlet pressures, even with viscous products.

Self Priming Pumps

200LR Self-Priming Pump

The 200LR Series Liquid Ring Pump handles products with entrained air as well as maintaining its prime when otherpumps become air bound. This feature makes the 200LR the best choice for complete emptying of tanks and lines during normal processes or CIP.In addition to being an excellent CIP return pump, the 200LR can run in either direction, making it possible to fill or empty tanks with the same pump.The 200LR Series Offers:

  • Less overhead space needed due to both suction and discharge ports being on the front cover.
  • Same seal(s) as used in 200 Series Centrifugal Pumps.

  • Stainless steel motor adapter is standard.

Ws+ Self Priming Pumps

Reduce your noise level and benefit from the amazing development in self-priming.The self-priming Ws+ is designed to handle CIP return and other fluids with entrained air and foam. The unique design reduces the energy consumption and noise of traditional liquid ring pumps by using a high efficiency impeller that can be trimmed to match a specific duty. The Ws+ employs a built in eccentric air screw to form the liquid ring required for its self-priming capability.

  • 20-90% more efficient than other liquid rings due to improved fluid flow through pump.
  • Performance optimised by matching impeller size to duty.
  • Low noise level: Due to its hydraulic design the noise level of the Ws+ is significantly lower than traditional liquid ring pumps.

Wi+ Inducer Pumps

An Inducer is an axial flow impeller with blades that wrap in a helix around a central hub. The inducer rotates in a close-fitting housing to provide a “booster” effect in front of the main impeller.The inducer pump is the alternative to changing the process design when NPSH availability is low. The inducer boosts the inlet pressure, and the risk of cavitation is correspondingly reduced (the NPSH required typically drops by 50-70%). When the risk of cavitation disappears, so does the risk of a large number of operational disturbances that would otherwise result – such as excessive noise, energy loss, product damage and unnecessary wear on the pump. Low suction head is a common “problem” in miscellaneous applications, e.g. when pumping products with low boiling points or in processes that involve vacuums.

The Wi+ is unique among inducer pumps, since the NPSH requirement is kept to a minimum throughout its entire operating range. The inducer further enables the Wi+ pump to handle viscous or gaseous products beyond the range of other centrifugal pumps.

Wi+ pumps are 3A (optional) and EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group) certified.
